¡¡¡Hola amigos!!! Después de varios meses sin publicar nada sobre mis andanzas artísticas, heme aquí dispuesto a explicaros qué llevamos hecho desde comienzo de año y qué se avista en lontananza. Para empezar, tuve de nuevo el placer de participar en KINETICA, en concreto en la exposición con motivo de su 10º Aniversario que se celebró en febrero en el edificio "The Ugly Duck", ubicado en el barrio de Bermondsey de Londres. Otra vez tuve el honor de compartir espacio con artistas de la talla de Chris Levine, Tim Lewis, Ivan Black, Dianne Harris, Balint Bolygo, etc... Mencionar que tras la exposición de KINETICA, el prestigioso restaurante SKETCH, invitó a una selección de artistas (entre los cuales me encuentro) para exponer en sus espacios, en una muestra representativa de los miembros del colectivo titulada "Art in the Alcoves"(VIDEO).
En mayo tuve la suerte de que mi proyecto de electrónica artística CALEIDUINO fuera seleccionado por el jurado del proyecto "ItMakes". ItMakes es una interesantísima propuesta de la Embajada de Italia en España para hermanar y generar sinergias entre artistas y makers de España e Italia. El resultado final de esta interacción será mostrado en la próxima MAKER Faire de Roma, que se celebrará los días 1, 2 y 3 de diciembre. Yo iré a presentar la nueva versión de mi CALEIDUINO 2.0, que se encuentra en avanzado estado de desarrollo y en cuyo diseño están colaborando artistas de la talla de Marta Verde, o expertos de la educación STEAM como Leonardo Zaccone con su proyecto Minimakers. Ye hemos desarrollado varios talleres de montaje de CALEIDUINOs en Roma, Perugia, Málaga y Madrid.
Por continuar con lo que nos queda por delante, el proyecto de futuro más inmediato es la participación en el AURA Festival, feria de arte y luz que se celebrará los próximos días 10, 11, 12 y 13 de agosto, en la bella localidad lusitana de Sintra. Allí he sido invitado a participar con mis piezas lumínicas de la mano del colectivo artístico Depaluarte, compuesto por Miguel Martínez Ceballos y María Rosa Hidalgo. Desarrollaremos una propuesta a trío en los espacios del Festival titulada "CON-CIENCIA", que aunará luz, tecnología, energías limpias, interactividad y performance.
Bueno jóvenes, eso es grosso modo lo que ha venido ocurriendo y ocurrirá en este 2017. Ya os mantendremos informados de nuevas noticias fresquitas y estimulantes. ¡¡Abrazos a todos/as!!

Hi friends! After a number of months without posting anything about my artistic wanderings, here I am to share with you what I have been doing since the start of this year and what projects are in the making. In February I had the pleasure once again to participate with KINETICA, specifically for their 10 year anniversary, at The Ugly Duck Building in Bermondsey, London. Once more I had the honour of sharing this space with great artists such as Chris Levine, Tim Lewis, Ivan Black, Dianne Harris, Balint Bolygo, to name but a few. I’d like to note that after KINETICA’s exhibition, the prestigious restaurant SKETCH invited a selection of artists (of which I am one) to display work at their space. This representative selection is called “Art in the Alcoves” VIDEO.
In May I was fortunate enough that my electronic art project CALEIDUINO, was selected by a jury for the project "ItMakes". This interesting proposal by the Italian Embassy, ItMakes joins and creates synergies between artists and makers in Spain and Italy. The final result of this interaction will be shown at the upcoming MAKER Faire de Roma on December 1st - 3rd. I will be there to present the new version of my kaleidoscope CALEIDUINO 2.0 which is in the final stages of development. Esteemed artists such as Marta Verde,, and the education expert Leonardo Zaccone of STEAM with his project Minimakers, are collaborating on the design and advancement of this project. Numerous assembly workshops for CALEIDUINO have taken place in Rome, Perugia, Malaga and Madrid.
The next project on the horizon is my participation in AURA Festival, an art and light fair that will take place on 10th - 13th August in the beautiful Lusitanian town of Sintra, Portugal. I have been invited to showcase some of my light pieces thanks to the artistic collective Depaluarte, by Miguel Martínez Ceballos and María Rosa Hidalgo. The three of us will be undertaking a group project at the festival called "CON-CIENCIA", which combines light, technology, green energy, interactivity and performance art.
